Volgens de beslissing van de Data Inspection van 30 oktober 2015 (dossier 1702-2015) waren de genomen maatregelen voldoende om de tekortkomingen in het verwerken van persoonlijke gegevens door het bedrijf met behulp van het IOPS-systeem te overwinnen, zoals de Data Inspectorate stelde in haar beslissing van 22 juni 2015 (dossier 2729-2014). Bumbee Labs voert enquêtes uit naar bezoekersstatistieken in verschillende openbare omgevingen. Voor klanten, potentiële klanten, partners, leveranciers en aandeelhouders kunnen de volgende persoonlijke gegevens worden opgeslagen: naam, functie, organisatienummer, btw-nummer, verzendadres, factuuradres, e-mailadres en telefoonnummer.
